We wanted to capture that big, ballsy, articulate sound... without any "fizz" or nasty sounding high-end.

Neve mic preamps and world-class A/D were used to capture the IRs.

No EQ or filtering was used during the capture process.

Each mic was captured in three positions; center, edge, cone... each position both on/off axis.

While digital EQ is effective, Neve hardware EQ has a luxurious fat/smooth analog sound.

The IRs are provided in both 24Bit/48k and 16Bit/48k Wav file formats.

We created these cab and tone-shaping IRs specifically with the Line-6 Helix in mind.

They’ll work well in the Axe-FX, AX8, Amplifire, or any hardware (or software) processor that can load IRs.
